Looma is committed to providing reliable, quality and trustworthy expertise with every purchase of jewelry. We guarantee a free repair service for one (1) year from the date of your purchase. This applies to normal wear-and-tear and any manufacturing defects. Complimentary repairs do not apply to stones that have been cracked after wear or use.

To request a repair, please contact us before returning the item. Once a repair is authorized, further instructions will be emailed to you.  Repair costs after the complimentary one year repair window may vary. Repairs without prior authorization may be declined and we are not responsible for any lost parts. Looma is not responsible for any subsequent shipping fees.
